My love affair... with evaporated milk!

I've become obsessed with evaporated milk lately...

When I make tomato soup (condensed) from a can, I now use evaporated milk to mix with it rather than regular milk (or water!), and it is sooo much richer and creamier. You'll never go back.

This morning I made a glaze for our cinnamon rolls, and instead of using regular milk, I again used evaporated milk. It made a huge difference! It is sooo sweet.

Lastly, I've been substituting the evap. milk for cream; so now I pour evaporated milk over my applesauce and it is a yummy healthy dessert.

Gotta try it... I swear by it now!
